Moore Information Services offers an assessment that measures cognitive ability, job-fit, and motivation to help you hire the best employees.

Job interview

In order to score applicants, we use a variety of factors including:

- Previous experience
- Educational background
- References
- Appointment availability
- Geographical location

Once we have all of this information, we then use a weighting system to score the applicants. This system is designed to give us the best possible match for the open position.
